Report Descriptions
GEOVIA MineSched creates the following reports when you use the Export to CSV, Create Detailed Haulage Reports, Export to MS Access, Export to InSite, or Export to ODBC functions.

Development Summary Report
The development summary report contains information on the development completed in each heading during each period.
Columns in the Development Summary Report

| Material | The material class that contributes the values for the heading during the period. |

The volume of the material class that was mined in the heading during the period. The volume is determined using the Length and the profile assigned to the heading. |
| Mass | The mass of the material class that was mined in the heading during the period. |
| Quality / User Parameter |
The quality and user parameter values for the material class that was mined in the heading during the period. The values for each quality and user parameter are stored in individual columns. |
Development Detailed Report
The development detailed report contains information on the blocks within the headings mined in the schedule.
Columns in the Development Detailed Report

| Heading | The heading mined in the period. |
| Block | The scheduling block number, as defined in the model used for scheduling. |
| Fraction Mined |
The fraction of the block that is mined during the period. When profiles are defined, the Length value of the profile determines the block size of the heading. The default length is 50. |
| Material | The material class that contributes the values for the heading during the period. |
| Length | The length of the material class that was mined in the heading during the period. |
| Volume |
The volume of the material class that was mined in the heading during the period. The volume is determined using the Length and the profile assigned to the heading. |
| Mass | The mass of the material class that was mined in the heading during the period. |
| Quality / User Parameter |
The quality and user parameter values for the material class that was mined in the heading during the period. The values for each quality and user parameter are stored in individual columns. |
Development Summary Resources Report
The development summary resources report contains information on the development completed in each heading, during each period, separated by the resources assigned to the development headings.
Columns in the Development Summary Resources Report

Material Balances Report
The material balances report contains values for each of the following, for the stockpiles and processes, at the start of the schedule and at the end of each period:
- volume
- mass
- length
- any user-defined qualities
- any numeric user parameters
Note: The material balances report is not exported to Microsoft Access or ODBC databases.
Columns in the Material Balances Report

The quality and numeric user parameter values for the material class at the end of each period. The values for each quality and user parameter are stored in individual columns. |
Material Movement Report
The material movement report contains information on the location from which each material was mined and the destination to which the material is delivered. If a haulage route is defined from the source to the destination location, it is also output to the material movement report.

Material Movement Detailed Report
The material movement detailed report is similar to the material movement summary report, however the material movement detailed report contains information at the level of detail of the individual source and destination blocks.
Columns in the Material Movement Detailed Report

| Source | The name of the location in which the mined block was located. |
| Group |
The group in which the mined block was located. When mining by solids, polygons, or bench polygons, the group is the number of the individual object or polygon. When mining by bench, if the block is from a mining location, the group value is 1; if the material is from a stockpile or process, the group value is 0. |
| Block Source |
The scheduling block number, as defined in the model used for scheduling, from which the material was sourced. If the source location is a stockpile or process, the block value is 1. |
| Y Source | The Y coordinate of the centroid of the source block. |
| X Source | The X coordinate of the centroid of the source block. |
| Z Source | The Z coordinate of the centroid of the source block. |
| Destination | The name of the location to which the material was moved. |
| Block Destination |
The block number, as defined in the model used for scheduling, to which the material was moved. If the destination location is a stockpile or process, the block value is 1. |

Material Movement Detailed Resources Report
The material movement detailed resources report is similar to the material movement detailed report, however the material movement detailed resources report contains information about the resource used for mining.

| Group |
The group in which the mined block was located. When mining by solids, polygons, or bench polygons, the group is the number of the individual object or polygon. When mining by bench, if the block is from a mining location, the group value is 1; if the material is from a stockpile or process, the group value is 0. |
| Block Source |
The scheduling block number, as defined in the model used for scheduling, from which the material was sourced. If the source location is a stockpile or process, the block value is 1. |
| Y Source | The Y coordinate of the centroid of the source block. |

| Resource |
The Resource is the resource that worked on the material in the source location when it was moved for movement :

Production Summary Report
The production summary report contains information about the material mined from each mining location, the material filled in each fill location, and the ancillary activities carried out in each mining location.
Columns in the Production Summary Report

The activity that is being reported for the period. The activity is MINING, FILL, or the name of the ancillary activity. |

| Resource | The resources that are active during the period. |
| Quantity |
When ancillary activities have been defined, the quantity of the activity that was performed during the period. For mining and filling, the Quantity is 0. |
| Quantity Units | The unit for the activity quantity that you specified for the ancillary activity in the Setup Schedule > Locations tab. |
| Material | The material class mined or filled during the period. For ancillary activities, the Material is blank. |
| Volume | The volume of the material class mined or filled during the period. |
| Mass | The mass of the material class mined or filled during the period. |
| Length | The length of the material class mined or filled during the period. |
| Quality / User Parameter |
The quality or user parameter values for the material class mined or filled during the period. The values for each quality and user parameter are stored in individual columns. |
Production Detailed Report
The production detailed report contains information at the individual location block level for mining and filling, and includes the destination for each mining block.

| Quantity |
Always 0. This column was in use in early versions of MineSched, and reported the quantity for activities. To reduce the impact on downstream processing of MineSched reports, this column is maintained. |
| Quantity Units |
Always blank. This column was in use in early versions of MineSched, and reported the quantity units for activities. To reduce the impact on downstream processing of MineSched reports, this column is maintained. |
| Polygon | When mining by polygon, bench polygon, or solid, this is the polygon string number or object number with which the block is associated. |
| Block | The block number, from the model used for scheduling, in which the mining or filling occurred. |
| Fraction Mined | The fraction of the block that was mined or filled during the period. |
| Northing | The Y coordinate of the centroid of the block. |
| Easting | The X coordinate of the centroid of the block. |
| Elevation | The Z coordinate of the centroid of the block. |
| Material | The material class mined or filled during the period. |
| Volume | The volume of the material class mined or filled during the period. |
| Mass | The mass of the material class mined or filled during the period. |

| Destination Location Name |
The subsequent columns contain the names of all destination locations. The values written to these columns is the proportion of the mined material, from this row, that is sent to each destination. The proportion is a value between 0 and 1, and the sum of all destinations equals 1. |
Production Summary Resources Report
The production summary resources report is similar to the summary report, however the production summary report contains individual rows for each resource that specify the work completed by that resource in the location.

When ancillary activities have been defined, the quantity of the activity that was performed during the period. For mining and filling, the Quantity is 0. |
| Quantity Units | The unit for the activity quantity that you specified for the ancillary activity in the Setup Schedule > Locations tab. |

Production Detailed Resources Report
The production detailed resources report is similar to the production detailed report, however the production detailed resources report contains individual rows for each resource that specifies the work completed by that resource in the block. The production detailed resources report does not contain information on the destination for each mining block.

Haulage Detailed Report
The haulage detailed report is created only if haulage has been defined for the schedule. The haulage detailed report contains information about the haulage between the source and destination for each material class, on a block by block basis, for both the source and destination locations.

| Group |

The string number of the haulage route between the source and destination locations. In some cases, more than one string connects the source and destination locations. The string number that is specified in this field is the string that is used for the haulage route. |
| Segment |
The segment number of the haulage route between the source and destination locations. In some cases, more than one segment connects the source and destination locations. The segment number that is specified in this field is the segment that is used for the haulage route. |
| Start Length | The length the material was transported from the source block centroid, in a straight line, before intersecting the haulage route. |
| Haul Route Length | The length along the haulage route that was followed before leaving the haulage route to finish at the destination block centroid. |
| End Length | The length the material was transported from the point of leaving the haulage route, in a straight line, to the centroid of the destination block. |
| Total Length | The total length the material was transported from the source block to the destination block including the lengths to the haulage route from the source block and from the haulage route to the destination block. |
| TKM |
The tonne kilometres value for the material transported from the source to the destination. This value is calculated using the mass multiplied by the length of the haulage route, which means it is measured in tonne kilometres, if the scenario uses metric units, or ton thousand feet, if the scenario uses imperial units. |
| Start Haul Route Y | The Y coordinate of where the transported material from the source block intersected the haulage route. |
| Start Haul Route X | The X coordinate of where the transported material from the source block intersected the haulage route. |
| Start Haul Route Z | The Z coordinate of where the transported material from the source block intersected the haulage route. |
| End Haul Route Y | The Y coordinate of where the transported material left the haulage route. |
| End Haul Route X | The X coordinate of where the transported material left the haulage route. |
| End Haul Route Z | The Z coordinate of where the transported material left the haulage route. |
| Start Point Index | The number of the point on the haulage route segment immediately before the transported material intersects the haulage route. |
| Start Point Fraction | The fraction of the distance between the start point index and the next point on the haulage route segment that the transported material intersects the haulage route. |
| End Point Index | The number of the point on the haulage route segment immediately before the transported material leaves the haulage route. |
| End Point Fraction | The fraction of the distance between the end point index and the next point on the haulage route segment before the transported material leaves the haulage route. |
| Start Haul Gradient | The gradient of the haulage route at the point where the transported material intersects the haulage route in percentage. |
| End Haul Gradient | The gradient of the haul route at the point where the transported material leaves the haulage route in percentage. |
